Boomsourcing is looking for experienced, reliable and task-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
The ideal SDR candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
In other words, we want you to help our clients grow their customer base fast, by finding the right prospects, at the right time, for the right opportunities.
To do this, our key expectation is that you’ll follow up on sales leads that we provide you, as well as others that you’ll cultivate by conducting research to identify potential prospects.
You’ll develop new business for our clients via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media. As you introduce their solutions and identify appropriate prospects within their target market, you’ll build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
You’ll be expected to conduct needs analyses and discover each prospect’s pain points to determine how the client’s solution will speak to those needs.
Reporting to our Sales Development Director, you’ll manage calls and data for new and prospective clients in Salesloft CRM software, ensuring that all communications are always logged accurately. Using that data, you’ll also prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

If that sounds great to you, then here’s what you’ll need to be a successful Sales Development Representative at Boomsourcing:
Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
Outstanding level (90%) of both written and spoken English (Native English preferable).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
Prior experience we prefer to see:
1-3 years of sales experience with cold calling, cold emails and/or inside sales
Proficient in Google Office products (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Calendar).
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software.
