Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily IT operations focusing on maintaining the highest standards of excellence within the IT department.
Maintain continuous, effective communication with staff and guide them towards shared objectives.
Coordinate and oversee fulfillment protocols to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
Follow meticulously documented standard operating procedures to streamline processes.
Cultivate enduring customer relationships that contribute to brand loyalty and advocacy.
Requirements:
Proficient in WordPress using Oxygen templates and multiple plugins.
Monitoring Cloud servers, Security, IP phone systems, and cloud network firewall configurations.
Outgoing personality with people skills and determination.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills at a business level.
A seasoned professional experienced with a minimum of 5 years of IT.
Demonstrated aptitude for leadership and effective collaboration with team members.
Familiarity with office management systems and protocols.
Previous exposure to CRM tools and systems. We are a Zoho One organization using multiple applications.
Adept time management skills, enabling the prioritization of tasks to meet all deadlines.
Keen attention to detailed analytics coupled with adept problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in sales-oriented phone communication, engaging customers, and driving sales conversions.
