Hi there, my name is Nick Herrera and I am looking to get hired by a real estate agent or agency, here's what I have to offer: Given my knowledge and experience of the real estate industry, I can welcome your walk-ins or carry out property showings when you're not able to do it or you happen to be absent. *I am bilingual and I can help with correspondence or follow-ups of your leads in Spanish and English. I am familiar with all the bay area and many of the condo complexes and developments. I can drive automatic and standard vehicles. I can also help with or cover your social media presence by creating videos, editing, using voice over, testimonials. I am familiar with posting to your Google Business Profile, Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram. I can also upload properties to Flex MLS, Airbnb, and Vrbo as well as engaging descriptions of your pre-sale properties or renders. Additionally, I can create virtual tours with your Matterport camera or Axis or 360°. And last but not least, since I have a technical career, I can help when maintenance problems arise at one of the properties for sale/rent whether they have to do with electrical, AC, plumbing, cameras, smart locks, etc. One thing I don't like to do is "facturas"or nothing petaining to an accountant.
