Seeking highly-qualified Executive Assistant for company CEO with exceptional attention to detail and strong desire to provide excellent service. This full-time employment.
Position requires extensive experience working closely with other executives located world-wide and other high-level clientele. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must!
Candidates will only be considered with the following skills and experience:
• Project Management and Event Planning
• Excellent time management skills
• in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and competency with spreadsheets
• advanced executive-level office skills and experience required including a solid ability to multi-task and great attention to detail
• experience and skill with detailed email and telephone communications
• English language skills (only) REQUIRED (100%) for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Priority consideration given to applicants who have lived in the U.S. or Canada
Standard U.S. work days -- Monday-Friday with occasional evening and/or weekend work required. This is a work-from-home position.
