ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS TO GENERAL MANAGER:
PW + Google Drive - clean up & organize
Manage Availability Report + Other Reports based on PW data entry
Schedules & Calendars
Answer Phones & Schedule follow-up
Document Management & Creation
Convert and update all current documents to PDF fillable and create form & document database on employee only backend for access
Building, Portfolio, Lease, & Property Audits
Audit all docs to check for accuracy and verify in Google- Drive
Conduct Spot Check File Audits
connections, follow-up - sending docs (create process)
Additional misc. tasks
This is a full time position with a property management company and you will be assisting the general manager with all above tasks and additional miscellaneous tasks. Please preferably live in Mexico and be available to work full time!!! This is not a freelance job where you can have multiple jobs this is a 8-5 or 9-6 job. Must have a strong internet connection, a working mic and camera.
