Position Objective:
Support the company’s design, digital content, and visual communication activities using modern tools (including AI), while also providing basic support in technological tasks, file organization, automation, and the use of digital platforms.
This position combines creative skills with functional IT knowledge to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
Main Responsibilities
Design Digital Content
*Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, presentations, packaging, and internal materials using tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, and AI-based platforms.
*Adapt templates, edit images, and optimize AI-generated content while maintaining brand consistency.
*Assist with photography and basic video editing for commercial, clinical, and brand content.
*Support graphic design for events, trade shows, expos, and presentations for distributors and hospitals.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content aligned with campaigns and sales objectives.
Digital & IT Support
*Manage digital files, backups, cloud organization, and productivity workflows.
*Provide support in the implementation and use of digital tools (WordPress, email marketing platforms, CRM, internal apps).
*Assist with basic software setup, integrations, platform access, and troubleshooting for the marketing and sales teams.
*Keep design tools updated and ensure optimal use of digital resources.
*Contribute ideas to improve processes through automation or AI tools.
Job Requirements
*Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Information Technology, Multimedia, or related fields.
*Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
*Preferably familiar with AI tools for design or content creation.
*Functional IT knowledge: digital platforms, software installation/configuration, and cloud-based file organization.
*Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
*Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
*Effective communication in Spanish and English (intermediate level preferred).
