Overlooking the marina waterfront in the upscale, gated community in Nuevo Vallarta, the penthouse’s unique location and design guarantee a memorable stay not possible in other condo or villa rentals. The large three-bedroom condo has panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta, mountains, the marina, the canal, El Tigre golf course, Grand Mayan, and a partial ocean view. Together they offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people, with double pull-out sofa in the lounge, the hanging bed on the top floor, and three bedrooms, lots of space,
The main floor has two bedrooms, with a master with a queen-size en suite and a guest room with two twin beds that can be connected.
Full kitchen on both floors with gas oven hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, crockpot, fridge freezer, granite worktops, all utensils and pots and pans, streaming TV, and common pool area.
